Autumn intensive for female founders: Ready for business after just one weekend

The autumn intensive offers a unique mix of intensive workshops, relaxing activities and valuable networking opportunities. In one weekend we cover all the crucial steps from the business idea to the market analysis and concrete implementation. The goal is to prepare you as well as possible and to start your entrepreneurial life with new momentum.

The prerequisite for a successful weekend is, of course, good preparation and committed participation in all workshop components.

Day 1: Welcome and first steps

• Afternoon: Check-in, introduction round, workshop business idea + offer

• late afternoon : first networking opportunities, preparation Saturday

Saturday 05.10.2024 9.30-13, 14-17 hrs

Day 2: Workshops and group activities

• Morning: Focus & relaxation techniques

• Morning: Workshop Positioning & Unique Selling Points

• Noon: Lunch, time for informal discussions

• Afternoon: Competitor workshop & SWOT analysis of your strengths, weaknesses and opportunities

Sunday 06.10.2024 10am-1pm, 2pm-4.30pm

Day 3: Implementation, completion & next steps

• Morning: Prioritize, set boundaries & optimal organization

• Morning: Workshop Customer Journey + touchpoints of your customers / suitable marketing channels

• Lunch: Website structure, tools & best practices

• Afternoon: Closing round – feedback, insights and plans for the future
